I'm Ferris Arley, and Dynasty Bridge is simply my name for what I'm doing. Not a firm, not a fund, just me. The name reflects the goal: bridging a founder's dynasty, their legacy, team, and relationships, safely into its next chapter so they can comfortably move on, with me personally continuing and leading the business rather than handing it to a committee or an investment thesis. I have over 15 years of experience in strategy, sales, marketing, and operations that I'm looking to apply on what I buy to grow it organically as my long-term career and dynasty for me to then pass down.I'm not a big firm working off a spreadsheet for a quick profit and need what you built to be my fulfilling and long-term career which means relying on the proven success you already built and nurturing it further, without compromising the customers, employees, or relationships that took years to earn. Who's Ferris and Why?
Hi, I'm Ferris. I'm a 1.5 generation Coptic Egyptian immigrant, born to entrepreneurial parents, with two older sisters who acted like extra moms growing up. In Egypt, my dad ran an appliance repair shop and my mom ran a seamstress business. Watching them work taught me resourcefulness, adaptability, and dedication early on. We immigrated to Los Angeles when I was 8 to escape religious persecution and find better opportunity. My parents started over completely, and my sisters went straight to work too.
I had the entrepreneurial itch from a young age and even would get in trouble in middle school for selling candy my sister would help me buy in bulk. Over the past 10 years I climbed through different roles in tech, most recently leading strategic projects to grow sales and marketing in cybersecurity. That exposed me to a wide range of industries and taught me to learn fast, sell to diverse audiences, and always put the customer first.
I've always taken the path less traveled, and I'm comfortable solving problems without a clear playbook. I have a process-minded approach to obstacles and believe there's always a solution.
I believe small businesses are the backbone of our economy and our communities. The American spirit was built on hard-working small businesses, and I can't think of anything more meaningful than continuing that legacy.
I'm fortunate to have a strong support network, including my wife Scout, who's excited to help build our future family business. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling (50+ countries!) and time with my newborn son.
